I Have Been Putting in the Miles

Two days earlier this road was snow free. I still in training for the up-coming pack trip into the Bitteroot Wilderness area by way of the Selway river. I've been putting the trip off due to commercial fishing demands. All my supplies had to be ready for the north bound barge before I could go any where. That is now done. At this point it is more a question of the weather. At our house the night time low temps. have been into the mid-20's, which wouldn't be too bad if it warned up during the day, but since the first of the week the days have stayed overcast with some wind. The highs have been in the mid to high 30's. Patience might be the best thing for now.
